Dorset Abilities Group take on The Combat Lab!

We have had some awesome group classes with Dorset Abilities Group here at The Combat Lab over the past few weeks.

Coach Aiden has been helping the team learn some boxing and MMA skills, whilst having a lot of fun in the process.

Who are Dorset Abilities Group?

“Dorset Abilities Group (DAG) are an independent day service for adults with disabilities and additional needs. Based in sunny Weymouth and formed by husband and wife, Luke and Gemma Tomlin. DAG has been running since 2015 and provides much needed, valuable and person-centred support for the people they support.”

We are super proud of our partnership with DAG, and the opportunity to provide martial arts training to all members of the local community. It is safe to say that our DAG classes are some of our most energetic and fun classes here at The Combat Lab. If you are in and around The Lab during these sessions you will see first-hand, martial arts bringing people together, with a lot of laughter thrown in there too.
