Welcome to The Combat Lab. Just a bit about us, we are a family, friendly martial arts academy based in the town centre of Weymouth, Dorset. We maintain a relaxed, hardworking atmosphere and insist on a family feel to our classes believing that a positive environment produces the best learning. With both adults and kids classes in; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, MMA and Muay Thai, we have a programme to suit everyone.
We started as a small group of Martial Arts competitors and coaches who came together to create a local facility for people to learn, train and compete from. Drawing on the rich experience of our local martial arts scene, we developed an exceptional coaching team with extensive knowledge in various areas of the martial arts and fitness industry, all working together to bring our members goals to a reality while creating a top quality training experience.
