Hi I’m Jordan Garnett,
The Submission Grappling and MMA Coach at The Combat Lab.
Jordan started training in MMA and Muay Thai when he was 12 years old and after an on and off teenage years training in judo, wrestling, jiujitsu and various striking styles he dedicated himself properly in his late teens/early 20s. While competing in various competitions and finding a home in Jiu-Jitsu, he grew a small team to train with out of a quiet gym.
With lack of local Jiu-Jitsu gyms at the time, Jordan soon coached multiple students to gold medal victories and podium positions. The team quickly grew and were soon in need of more coaches and improved facilities, from this The Combat Lab was born.
